I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, and a BA from Brown University. I am a Practitioner in Training at the Advanced Level in Somatic Experiencing and have specialized training working with LGBTQ populations, addiction, and intimate partner violence.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern, IMF 99822 working in private practice in Hollywood, CA under the supervision of H. Ali Moinzadeh, MD, PHD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY21437). In addition to my private practice I see clients and run groups in Mental Health Services at the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
My work is guided by the belief that supporting individual healing promotes collective liberation. My background as a social justice organizer, farmer and environmental activist, and my experience as a queer and trans person, all inform my perspective and ground my authentic engagement in the therapeutic process.
